Returns & Refund Policy

At Stikaroo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights when returning products purchased from us and how refunds are handled.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. Non-Personalised Products
This section applies to products that have not been customised or personalised.
Examples include:
- Blank sticker sheets
- Unprinted products
- Stock items
- Any other product that can be resold without alteration
If you change your mind, you may return eligible non-personalised items within 28 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in a resalable condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Include proof of purchase.
Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
2. Personalised & Custom Printed Products
Most products sold by Stikaroo are made specifically to your requirements.
These include (but are not limited to):
- Custom stickers
- Personalised labels
- Business cards
- Printed marketing materials
- Edible decorations
- Products using your own artwork, logos, photographs or text
- Any bespoke printing service
Because these products are made to your specifications, the right to cancel or return goods simply because you have changed your mind does not apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Once production has started, personalised products cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded.
3. Incorrect Orders or Artwork Changes
If you realise you have made an error with your order, please contact us immediately.

If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to amend or cancel it.
Unfortunately, once production has begun we are normally unable to make changes or cancel personalised orders.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- Faulty
- Defective
- Incorrectly manufactured
- Different from the approved artwork or order placed
please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us investigate, we may ask you to provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the product
- A description of the issue
Where a manufacturing fault or our error is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the product,
- Reprint the order, or
- Issue a full or partial refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, spelling, colours, sizing and other design details are correct before submitting an order.
Stikaroo prints artwork as supplied.
We cannot accept responsibility for errors contained within customer-supplied artwork once production has commenced.
If we identify an obvious technical issue that may affect print quality, we may contact you before printing where practical, but we cannot guarantee that every issue will be detected.
6. Colour & Print Variations
Due to differences between computer monitors, mobile devices and printing processes, slight variations in colour, brightness and finish may occur.
Minor variations are considered normal within commercial printing tolerances and do not constitute a fault.
7. Delivery Issues
If your parcel appears to have been lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the delivery carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
8. International Orders
Personalised Products
Personalised products shipped outside the United Kingdom remain non-returnable except where they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly manufactured.
Non-Personalised Products
Where local consumer legislation provides additional cancellation rights, we will comply with the applicable legal requirements.
If a return is accepted:
- Goods must be unused and in a resaleable condition.
- Original packaging should be retained where possible.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, customs charges or import duties unless the return results from our error.
9. Refunds
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to credit your account.
