It is great to come across a company that really cares about its customers.
I had an issue with the online ordering system and sent an email requesting help. I was expecting to receive an email responding to my problem within a couple of days but, no, I actually received a phone call from Mike within an hour - my issue was therefore resolved immediately....this is not something that you get from the "big boys".
I should add that the products supplied are great quality at an affordable price.
