At Stikaroo, we aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest print quality.

This Shipping Policy explains our production times, delivery services, international shipping information and what happens if something goes wrong.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions of Sale and Returns & Refund Policy.


1. Production Times

Most products sold by Stikaroo are made to order.

Production begins once:

  • payment has been successfully received;
  • artwork has been supplied (where required);
  • any artwork proofs have been approved (if applicable).

Estimated production times are shown on individual product pages and during checkout.

Production times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or where artwork amendments are required.


2. Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are generally:

2–3 working days

🇪🇺 Europe

4–10 working days

🇺🇸 United States

6–21 working days

🇨🇦 Canada

7–21 working days

🌍 Rest of the World

7–21 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless an express or guaranteed delivery service has been specifically purchased.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing and local delivery providers.


3. Shipping Partners

We use trusted postal and courier services to deliver orders.

The carrier used will depend on:

  • destination;
  • parcel size;
  • delivery service selected;
  • order value.

Tracking information will be provided where the selected shipping service includes tracking.


4. Delivery Delays

Although we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • severe weather;
  • customs inspections;
  • transport disruption;
  • industrial action;
  • public holidays;
  • peak seasonal demand;
  • courier delays;
  • events beyond our control.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal operators, courier companies or customs authorities after dispatch.


5. International Orders

We are based in the United Kingdom.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to:

  • import duties;
  • customs charges;
  • import VAT or local sales taxes;
  • customs clearance fees.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the price you pay to Stikaroo unless expressly stated.

Any import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure what charges may apply.


6. Customs Clearance

International orders may occasionally be delayed while being processed by customs authorities.

Unfortunately, these delays are outside our control and are not considered delivery failures.

We cannot influence customs processing times.


7. Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

Stikaroo cannot accept responsibility for delays, loss or additional delivery costs arising from:

  • incorrect addresses;
  • incomplete addresses;
  • incorrect postcodes;
  • addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an addressing error, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.


8. Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • delivery was refused;
  • the parcel was not collected;
  • the address supplied was incorrect;
  • customs charges were not paid (where applicable);

we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply.


9. Lost, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order:

  • has not arrived within a reasonable time;
  • appears to have been lost;
  • arrives damaged;
  • is incomplete;

please contact us as soon as possible at:

To help us investigate, we may request:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the packaging;
  • photographs of any damaged products;
  • any information requested by the courier.

We will work with the delivery provider to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.


10. Delivery Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Ownership of the goods transfers once full payment has been received.
