Stikaroo prints artwork exactly as supplied.
We cannot accept responsibility for errors contained within customer-approved artwork.
9. Artwork Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that supplied artwork is suitable for professional printing.
Where possible we recommend:
- high-resolution files (300 dpi or above);
- PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-quality PNG files;
- artwork created at the final print size;
- CMYK colour profiles where appropriate.
If low-resolution artwork is supplied, printed quality may be reduced.
Where practical we may advise you if artwork appears unsuitable, but we are under no obligation to inspect every file for quality or technical issues.
10. Proof Approval
Some orders may include a digital proof before production.
Where a proof is supplied, production will not begin until approval has been received.
Approval confirms that you accept responsibility for:
- spelling;
- layout;
- positioning;
- colours;
- dimensions;
- supplied information.
After approval has been given, additional corrections may require a new order or incur additional charges.
11. Colour Accuracy
Printing is a physical manufacturing process.
Although we use professional equipment and quality materials, exact colour matching cannot always be guaranteed.
Printed colours may vary due to:
- monitor calibration;
- mobile device displays;
- lighting conditions;
- material type;
- laminate selection;
- printer tolerances;
- manufacturing batches.
These variations are considered commercially acceptable and do not constitute a manufacturing fault.
Where exact brand colour matching is essential, customers should contact us before ordering.
12. Print Tolerances
Minor production variations are unavoidable within commercial printing.
Examples include:
- slight trimming differences;
- label positioning;
- cutting tolerances;
- colour density;
- laminate finish;
- material thickness.
Unless otherwise stated, tolerances of approximately ±2 mm on trimming and positioning are considered acceptable for most printed products.
13. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any artwork you upload.
By placing an order, you grant Stikaroo permission to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of producing and supplying your order.
You confirm that:

- you have obtained permission from the copyright owner.
You also confirm that your artwork does not infringe:
- copyright;
- trademarks;
- registered designs;

- privacy rights;
- publicity rights;
- any other intellectual property rights.
You agree to indemnify Stikaroo against any claims arising from the use of artwork supplied by you.

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing artwork or text that we reasonably believe:
- infringes copyright;
- infringes trademarks;
- is defamatory;
- contains hate speech;
