Refund Policy



1.1 For unpersonalised products sold by STIKAROO, we uphold a standard 28-day return policy. This grants you a 28-day window from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return request for either a full refund or an exchange.

Included within this category are, but not restricted to:

  • Stickers (blank)
  • Any other product that may be resold



2.1 Products crafted exclusively for you by STIKAROO are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced, typically shortly after placing a custom order. This restriction is in place because these items often incorporate your personal artwork or other unique elements, making them unsuitable for resale by us.

The range of such products encompasses, but is not limited to:

  • Custom Sticker Sheets
  • Custom Business Cards
  • Custom Edible Deco Items
  • Any agreed-upon custom printing service where your own text or imagery is included in the final product

INTERNATIONAL ORDER (Unpersonalised items)

3.1 - EUROPEAN UNION (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD) - Despite the aforementioned conditions, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you retain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any specific reason. Similar to the general policy, the item must remain in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with attached tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must present the receipt or proof of purchase.

3.2 - Refunds - Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly inform you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method within 10 business days. It's important to note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund posting. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since the approval of your return, kindly reach out to us at for assistance.


3.3 If you believe you have made an error in an order involving a custom creation, such as custom stickers or business cards, or any service where you supply artwork for custom printing, NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. You can reach out to us at, utilize Live Chat when available, or visit our Contact Us page. This prompt communication allows us to attempt to modify the file before it enters production. Please note that once production has commenced, we are unable to facilitate returns for custom printed items.
