DELIVERY

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES)

- This implies that depending on your ordering country, you may need to settle additional charges, such as VAT or Import Duties, at your local Post Office before receiving your order. Typically, your Courier Service or Customs office will notify you through methods such as telephone, email, courier app, or a card left at your door regarding the payment of these charges.
🇺🇸 USA ORDERS
- The minimum threshold for VAT & Import tax is $800 USD. Goods valued below that are not subject to duty. Customers in the United States generally will not need to pay any extra Duties or Taxes on their purchase with us unless their purchase exceeds $800 in value.
🇨🇦 CANADA ORDERS
- The minimum threshold for VAT & Import tax is $20 CAD. Virtually all items above CA$20 are subject to duty and taxes. A GST tax of 5% is applicable to all imports to Canada. Depending upon the province of destination within Canada, additional sales tax may be applies as well.
🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS
- All items are subject to VAT & Import Taxes throughout the European Union since the UK left the European Union in July 2021. Charges are a Percentage(%) of the value of the goods & type of goods plus any Import Duties which are paid to customs for processing your import. Each country within the EU charges different percentages of VAT and Customs Duties so please check your respective government website for the charges affecting you specifically.
🌏 WORLDWIDE ORDERS
- VAT, taxes, and import duty thresholds differ globally and should be investigated prior to ordering from a UK-based company. As we are not VAT registered, there is no VAT charged on your purchases through our website. Note that the UK may have unique tax relationships with certain countries, such as Australia, but not others.
